It’s possible to have a diet nutrition if needed:
- A diet no 9 for the patients with diabetes. There are limitations of simple carbs on its menu.
- A diet no 5 for the patients with gastro intestinal tract diseases – boiled, baked and stewed meals are used in it.
Every day there are the dishes of regional cuisines of Ukraine:
The cuisine of Podillya: we bake fish and make pancakes with cottage cheese
Galychchyna cuisine: one can taste a rice&pumpkin porridge, beef stew, cottage cheese casserole, and also stuffed cabbage rolls
Volyn cuisine: we cook potato dumplings, pickled cucumber soup for lunch, hashbrowns with sour cream in pots for dinner.
Transcarpathian cuisine: of course, we serve a legendary mais porridge – banosh, and a mushroom soup when it’s autumn.
Slobozhanshchina cuisine: you’ll have a pea soup, meat dumplings (pelmeni), and also a liver served with a sour cream sauce
Bukovina cuisine: a warming sauerkraut soup, and an aspic when it gets cold
Medobory cuisine: on this day one can try the dishes that are cooked only here. On the menu: baked pumpkin with eggs, stuffed fish rolls, stewed carrot with prunes
